End Term Review of Budget Allocations and Spending for the National Action Plan and Child Protection Policies

This end term review of the existing NAfPCR has been conducted as a follow-up analysis to last year’s baseline review on whether child rights policies and plans are supported by adequate resource allocation and enable evidence for awareness raising on the importance of investment for children. The methodology used consisted on desk review of the main strategic, research, monitoring reports of non-governmental bodies, international organizations and policy documents of Albanian Government, focus group discussions with children and CSO members and roundtables with government officials.
