Unsafe Havens? – Violence against Children at home and in schools in the Baltic Sea region (Summary). This study focuses on violence against children in Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Sweden and the region of St Petersburg in Russia. The specific focus is on corporal punishment and bullying as they are the most common forms of violence against children. Legislation, implementation, services available and the debate around these issues are highlighted.
