This report is a result of consultations with a large number of activists, decision-makers, academics, journalists, and practitioners across diverse contexts. It includes insights and local experiences on the current power dynamics and imbalances that exist within the humanitarian, development and peacebuilding sectors including discussions among the participants around how structural racism can manifest itself, and how they envision a decolonized system that is truly inclusive and responds to their needs. The report presents the findings and recommendations from the consultations.
