This study evaluated whether an infant and young child feeding (IYCF) nutrition communication strategy using radio and nurses changed beliefs, attitudes, social norms, intentions, and behaviors related to breastfeeding (BF) dietary diversity, and food consistency. This study provided evidence that a targeted communication strategy using a scalable model significantly improves IYCF.
