Council of the Baltic Sea States Secretariat
Founded in 1992, the Council of Baltic Sea States (CBSS) is a strong network of countries in the region that works toward developing society, protecting the environment, and supporting the economy. Recent priorities have been ensuring children have a safe environment for growth and development and promoting positive parenting.
This report on alternative care and family support in the Baltic Sea Region maps the current situation, identifies challenges, and outlines progress in the region. CBSS member states are given opportunity to reflect on guidance and recommendations and to take stock of where they are and where they should be going.
