The CONNECT project was implemented in the Chaman district of Balochistan. The three outcomes of the CONNECT project are as follows:

(i) Access to safe schools enhanced for children of host and refugee communities;
(ii) Access to CP holistic services enhanced for children of host and refugee communities; and
(iii) Inclusion in social safety nets improved for families of host and refugee communities.
The project’s overall impact was that children’s safety and well-being improved through community-based integrated case management supported by enhanced access to safe schools, holistic services, and inclusion in social safety nets.
The scope of the final evaluation of the CONNECT project was to serve accountability and learning purposes and objectively assess the degree to which the project has achieved its objectives and results.
(i) To identify best practices/lessons learned/recommendations for future interventions.
(ii) Focus on all aspects of project implementation and assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness and emerging impacts, and potential sustainability of interventions.
(iii) The evaluation will also compare results with a baseline to identify and explain the project contributions to the results.
