A flagship publication consisting of an Overview and three booklets providing a wealth of examples of children’s participation and citizenship in families, communities, schools, work places, local government bodies and other settings. “Exploring concepts, Part 1” focuses on the actual vision and concepts relating to children’s participation, citizenship and governance; the second booklet shares important insights, analysis and learning from programme experiences in the region, and includes a set of key recommendations as well; and the third booklet provides a summary of positive outcomes from child participation and citizenship work in the region.
