Beyond Article 12: Essential readings in children’s participation

The main objective of this book is to influence the process of implementing children’s rights to participate; in the first instance providing policy makers in general, and the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child in particular, with an overview of different writings on the issue.

The Black on White Publications “Essential Readings” series is intended to supply fundamental information for understanding specific areas of children’s rights and reduce the amount of time spent on knowledge building.
