Safety and child contact: an analysis of the role of child contact centres in the context of domestic violence and child welfare concerns

Making arrangements for child contact in the context of domestic violence and other child welfare concerns is characterised by attempts to reconcile the principle of promoting a child’s relationship with a separated parent, with a recognition of the damaging consequences of domestic violence for women and children.
