The Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare Decree sets out the measures to be implemented when assisting people affected by disaster, ensuring that they get access to the assistance from the government effectively and efficiently. The aim is to improve affected peoples’ livelihood and provide for their basic needs (use only inside country). This document is only available in Lao.
