Comparative study on the political and legal status of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in Europe 1997

The purpose of this study is to examine and compare the legal and political status of the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child (CRC) in the EU-countries and in Norway. The main focus will be those EU-countries, plus Norway, which has submitted their State reports and have been examined by the UN Committe on the Rights of the Child during 1990-1996
