Child Safeguarding Standards and How to Implement Them

Keeping Children Safe is a coalition of relief and development charities that are intent on insuring that their organisations ”do no harm” and that they meet the requisites of the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child.

This guide, a revised version since its 2001 release, is designed to help organisations meet their responsibilities for safeguarding children. An overview of what an organisation needs to do to meet the Standards is provided along with a range of tools and exercises to aid in this process.
