Case Management: Systems & Accountability – Social Work in Child Protection Projects 2009

This joint publication of University of Australia, University of Bath and Terre des hommes Foundation focuses on implementing a case management system during the initial start up phases of an emergency child protection project. The concepts are not exclusive to emergency projects and hold strong relevance to the inclusion of the system into existing development projects. The document provides useful guidelines and tools for improving social work, and aims to transfer knowledge within Tdh, among partners and to donors.
