Bringing Children Home: A children's rights approach to returning from ISIL

During the height of its existence, approximately 4 640 children traveled from abroad to join ISIS/ISIL. Since the fall of the terrorist organization, many of these children have been living in one of the three displacements camps in Northern Syria. This brief takes a rights-based approach to argue the immediate return of the children to their home countries by their respective governments.
