Women Leading Locally: Exploring women’s leadership in humanitarian action in Bangladesh and South Sudan

This report seeks to understand how local humanitarian leadership, through the transfer of resources and power to national actors, constrains or promotes women’s leadership. It does this by investigating two case studies of women’s organizations in local humanitarian response in South Sudan and Bangladesh.
