Use of Mobiles for Breastfeeding Counselling

This presentation examines the sustainability, ethics, and quality, and role of health development co-operation of citizen breastfeeding counsellors in Cameroon. It describes counselling delivered by non-professionals community health workers and the wide range of tools that can be used including social media, the internet, and mobile phones to fill existing gaps in conventional news information coverage, communication and with the aim of changing behaviour and attitudes.
