Poor quality of health care not only increases mortality and morbidity, but also reduces utilization of effective health interventions. This report summarizes the baseline findings of USAID’s MaMoni Maternal and Newborn Care Strengthening Project’s (MNCSP) project in Bangladesh’s quality of care (QoC) survey in its supported facilities in Manikganj District, using the World Health Organization (WHO) QoC framework. The survey aimed to assess the provision of care and experience of care for labor, delivery and antenatal care services.
