USAID MaMoni Portfolio

This video summarizes the activities and results of USAID’s MaMoni Maternal and Newborn Care Strengthening Project (MNCSP) in Bangladesh, a five-year (2018-2023) program that aimed to lower maternal and newborn mortality rates. MaMoni MNCSP, through Save the Children and consortium partners, expanded the evidence base and tested new maternal and newborn care innovations in selected learning sites, and furthermore, facilitated health systems improvements and policy changes for sustained impact at national scale. The video highlights activities and services such as electronic health management information system (HMIS), family planning, essential newborn care, and serving rural communities.
