Time to Reassess Capacity-Building Partnerships

The Watchlist on Children and Armed Conflict has since 2001 worked with local civil society organisations, child protection networks and grassroots organisations to build capacity to monitor and respond to abuses of children’s rights. This article provides information oh how to shift the power structure that defines the roles of national and international Non-Governmental Organisations in humanitarian programming.
