This report investigates children and young people’s views on children in armed conflict for the World Vision UK Campaign, It Takes A World. Four stories of children from 13 to 21 years, recruited as child soldiers from South Sudan and Democratic Republic of Congo, have been used to engage a wider group of children and young people in commentary and recommendations to the UK Government. These include 61 children and young people aged from 13 to 22 years, from World Vision Young Leaders Programme (Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka), World Vision Peace Clubs (Kenya, West Nile Response Uganda, Central African Republic) and young people in the UK through existing youth groups.
