Strengthening Primary and Community Health Care: An Integrated Approach to Universal Coverage in Côte d’Ivoire

This brief showcases Save the Children’s efforts in Côte d’Ivoire to enhance access to and delivery of integrated primary health care services that reduce illness and death, particularly in rural and underserved areas. By collaborating with the government, communities, and partner organizations, our programs support and equip community health workers to provide integrated community case management, address common childhood illnesses, prevent and treat malaria during pregnancy, and utilize essential digital health tools to improve the collection, reporting, and use of quality community health data.
