Sistematización de las recomendaciones del Comité de los Derechos del Niño relacionadas con la inversión en la infancia y la adolescencia en América Latina y el Caribe (LAC)

In an environment marked by injustice and discrimination that offends human dignity, EQUIDAD aims with Mission EQUITY to promote equal opportunities for wellbeing for all, through political momentum of the public based on a human rights approach, through the realization of investigative activities, promotion, capacity building, outreach and advocacy, as well as through the production and implementation of development cooperation projects, providing guidance and technical assistance to every person and institute who makes a request.

This paper provides the human rights community a systematization of the recommendations of the Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) related to Article 4 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, particularly all those that consider it the state’s duty to invest in or make public expenditure policies to ensure the respect, protection, and effective realization of the rights of children and adolescents. 

Included is an excel file breakdown of each country’s application of the recommendations of the CRC.
