Save the Children
In recent years Save the Children has been involved in responding to disasters in a number of high-income countries, including Australia, Italy, Japan, Spain and the USA. These experiences prompted questions about whether we should continue to respond to such disasters and if so, what was needed to ensure that it did so effectively. This report, which comes out of a detailed research project, addresses these questions.
