Report of the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the right to education

A report submitted to the United Nations General Assembly by Vernor Muñoz Villalobos, UN Special Rapporteur on the right to education, actively involved in mainstreaming human rights in strategic planning, especially in the field of education.
