Report of Uganda Child Rights NGO Network (UCRNN) to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child

Supplementary report to Uganda’s 2 nd periodic report on the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, presented by Uganda Child Rights NGO Network (UCRNN),covering the period January 1998 to October 2002. The Report involves research conducted in the different regions of the country raising crosscutting and region-specific issues affecting children. It not only points out the good interventions that should be replicated but also identifies gaps in the existing structures and makes recommendations on how best to address the gaps.
