The Skills to Succeed program helps very young adolescents build the social and emotional learning (SEL), growth mindset and digital skills needed to succeed in school and the workplace. For youth, interventions focus on helping them acquire life and employability skills, access career networks and pursue internships and other. Opportunities to get a job or build a business. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, S2S adapted the program to include remote learning approaches, which allowed implementers to continue working with adolescents and youth despite school closures and other restrictions. The purpose of the remote learning research study was to understand how remote and blended training approaches were implemented in the S2S program.
