Prohibiting all Corporal Punishment of Children: Progress and delay, October 2015 edition

Prepared by the Global Initiative to End all Corporal Punishment of Children, this brief embarks on a global analysis of progress and delay on the prohibition of corporal punishment of children. 

The brief also examines the body of research on violence against children. The Global Initiative finds that around 40 states have not performed research on violence against children over the past ten years. Despite these gaps, the Global Initiative demands urgent action in all regions of prohibition and elimination of all forms of corporal punishment.
