PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION BRIEF | USAID’s MaMoni Maternal and Newborn Care Strengthening Project (MaMoni MNCSP): Maternal Newborn Health Service Accreditation Program

This brief summarizes USAID’s MaMoni Maternal and Newborn Care Strengthening Project’s (MaMoni MNCSP) technical and financial support to the design and implementation of a maternal and newborn health (MNH) service accreditation program to recognize facilities that meet government-endorsed maternal and newborn care standards in public, private, and nongovernmental organization (NGO)-run health facilities in Bangladesh. The MNH service accreditation program is a unique intervention that covers three quality dimensions: clinical care (within MNH), facility readiness, and patient experience.
