PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION BRIEF | USAID’s MaMoni Maternal and Newborn Care Strengthening Project (MaMoni MNCSP): Maternal and newborn health service delivery model in underserved areas

This brief summarizes USAID’s MaMoni Maternal and Newborn Care Strengthening Project’s (MaMoni MNCSP) work to support the Government of Bangladesh and local government institutions (LGIs) to make maternal and newborn health (MNH) services available in underserved areas where lack access to quality healthcare services, poverty and early marriage, followed by early pregnancy, are some of the factors leading to higher rates of maternal and newborn complications and death.
