This brief summarizes USAID’s MaMoni Maternal and Newborn Care Strengthening Project in Bangladesh’s (MaMoni MNCSP) work to implement facility-driven maternal and newborn care clinical mentorships, in which the mentors were senior clinical staff of the same facility. This brief describes the implementation approach, key activities, results, and recommendations of this intervention.
