Partner ICR (Indirect Cost Recovery) Guidance

The Partner ICR Guidance was developed by SCUS to provide local and national partners basic information on the cost recovery options available to them in USG-funded awards. This guidance should be shared with partners in the early stages of partnership negotiation / budget development so that they may make an informed business decision on which cost recovery method best meets their organizational needs and priorities.
