According to OCHA updates of 16th Oct, heavy Israeli bombardments on Gaza, from the air, sea and land, have continued almost uninterrupted bringing the cumulative fatality toll in the Gaza Strip to 3,000, including at least 853 children as reported by the Ministry of Health in Gaza (excluding Al Ahli hospital casualties).
