This document lays out the details of NOURISH’s Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) voucher program and presents the results of a qualitative study of this program conducted from June – July 2019. It discusses the results of a literature review, focus group discussions, and key informant interviews as well as challenges and final recommendations.
