This study assesses the market feasibility and approaches for commercializing small fish powder following early successes and growing interest. Using interviews with 36 potential end-consumers and 30 key informants, it examines the existing market of similar products, analyzes the market demand for fish powder, considers supply chain issues, including potential suppliers of fish powder and small fish availability and sustainability, and makes recommendations for a comprehensive marketing strategy.
