This process review assesses NOURISH’s “First 1,000 Days” Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) program to explore the components that are working well, challenges and lessons learned from implementers and beneficiaries, and areas of improvement for the remainder of NOURISH’s implementation period. The findings will primarily be used by NOURISH staff and partners to adjust processes and activities, as needed. Experiences and lessons learned can also contribute to the national evidence base on CCT programming, as the RGC begins to implement the new national policies on social protection and assistance for income support, including CCT for “first 1,000 days” households as a priority.
