In low- and middle-income countries, conditional cash transfers have functioned as an important policy tool used to increase demand for key maternal and child health services. However, the increase of service use through these programs has had variable success.
This study focuses on two districts of Uttar Pradesh in India in 2018, where a discrete choice experiment was carried out with 405 mothers with young children under 3 years old participating .
