The overall purpose of this study is to contribute to the UN CRC reporting process to influence state governments to progress on their implementation of the CRC. The objective is to share some Save the Children experience on how to follow up on Concluding Observations, in order to inspire and guide Save the Children country offices in expanding their efforts. The study is based on a review of documents and interviews with Save the Children staff from some selected country or regional offices in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe mainly Bangladesh, Nepal, Senegal, Swaziland, Sri Lanka, Peru, the Philippines, Moldavia, Ukraine, Serbia, Norway and Sweden. Contacts have also been made with the NGO Group for the Convention on the Rights of the Child, Child Rights Information Network, CRIN and UNICEF
