Missed Out: Role of local actors in South Sudan

This study examines the strengths and challenges in working with national non-governmental organisations in South Sudan following the escalation of conflict on December 15, 2013. It also investigates how the humanitarian system either prevents or facilitates their involvement. The study uses key informant interviews from across the sector and a desk review to arrive at their findings.
