“Ma petite maison” or “My little house” is a French teaching tool for nutrition for the first three years of primary school. It builds on an analogy between elements of a house and elements of nutrition (foundations – iron, kitchen – energy, walls – protein, windows – Vitamin A, roof – vitamins), avoiding the technical terms. The teachers’ guide includes examples of how to teach reading and spelling new words. The images and foods were adapted for Haiti.
