Localisation infographic: Local to global for impact

As part of Save the Children’s 2022-2024 Strategy, a key enabler of the strategy is our commitment to Shifting Power across our global movement. To support this work, the organisation undertook a consultative strategy development process with subject matter experts on Localisation, Programmes, Humanitarian Policy and Child Rights as well as functional experts from Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Legal, Governance, Risk and more. This process presented a coherent set of options to pursue in various contexts (development and humanitarian). This then fed into the Local to Global for Impact localisation ambition.
