The study aims to explore the quality of engagement and enabling factors for increased Local/national NGOs (L/NNGOs) participation in IASC structures – beyond numbers. It examines existing quantitative global data from OCHA’s Annual Coordination Mapping exercise and further collects quantitative data from five countries: Ethiopia, South Sudan, Somalia, Colombia and Venezuela.
