This brief summarizes USAID’s MaMoni Maternal and Newborn Care Strengthening Project’s (MaMoni MNCSP) support to the Government of Bangladesh to design and implement a pilot for a KIOSK-based digital client feedback mechanism within a health facility. A web-based visual monitoring dashboard was developed for facility managers to monitor and use the feedback. Dnet, as a technical partner under MaMoni MNCSP, led this innovation.
