This document, published by ANDI and the ANDI Latin America Network with the support of Save the Children Sweden, presents an analysis of legal frameworks related to the regulations of the media and the promotion of children’s rights in 14 countries in Latin America (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicargagua, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela). It also offers a field analysis of the Swedish media regulation system in order to provide a frame of reference.
