Skills to Succeed (S2S) equips marginalized and at-risk adolescents and youth with the skills and job linkages they need to find decent jobs or build their own businesses and break the intergenerational cycle of poverty. S2S offers employability, entrepreneurship and vocational training, on-the-job training, career counseling and mentoring, business start-up services, and job linkages to in-school youth (ISY) and out-of-school youth (OSY) aged 15-24.
The final evaluation, conducted by the Center on Research and Evaluation (CORE) at Southern Methodist University, used a mixed-methods approach. This study investigated the outcomes of the S2S program in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Mexico, and Vietnam during the period of 2015 to 2021.
