Guidelines to Child Care Reform Implementation

These guidelines are intended for technical staff working in child protection, specifically, those focusing on family strengthening, alternative care of children, and child rights governance, in middle-income countries. The guidelines have been developed based on Save the Children’s research and experience in the Eastern Europe sub-region.
