In 2003, a case study research was commissioned by the Save the Children Alliance Task Group on Children and Work to review the impact and lessons learned from working children’s participation in seven Save the Children (SC) supported programmes across five countries: Bangladesh, Brazil, Guatemala, Honduras, India and Senegal. This particular report presents the findings of case study research into the impact of working children’s participation in projects in Bangladesh. It also briefly explores working children’s participation in the development of Bangladesh?s National Plan of Action for Children (NPA), and in recent activities with girls living and working on the streets.
