From Grassroots to Governance: How Eco Z empowered itself and its community

As part of the Sida CSO Strengthening Programme, Save the Children Kosova/o (SCiK) identified Eco Z among many CSOs in Kosovo working on climate change mitigation and environmental protection. Eco Z stood out due to its community-level work and presence in municipalities throughout Kosovo where SCiK presence was important. Since 2022, Eco Z has partnered with SCiK under the Sida CSO Strengthening Programme (2022-2026) as a technical partner, aiming to strengthen the capacities of SCiK, other partner CSOs, and child-led groups on climate change and environmental protection while at the same time advocate for policy change in local and national institutions.
