Annual Report 2008 – Parent’s hotline. Throughout the years, tens of thousands of parents and children have received support from Save the Children staff operating the parental hotline and e-mails. These counseling services for parents and child caregivers are an important contribution to Save the Children Sweden’s (SCS) parent support work. SCS believes it is important to help facilitate positive communication among parents sharing a common need for support in an atmosphere of empathy and respect.
