This baseline survey conducted under the Entrepreneurship-focused Socioemotional Skills for the Most Vulnerable Youth in rural Mongolia project assesses the socioemotional skills and mindset of the youth, and measures all possible indicators that were set at the Project Development Objective (PDO) and Intermediate Results of the project. The baseline, therefore, assesses not only the current situation of the project objectives prior to the implementation, but also builds evidence that will be used as a basis for further project evaluations.
