What skills will help young people find work, and what is the most effective way of delivering them? The newMcKinsey report finds that employers, education providers, and young people live in parallel universes with dramatically different perspectives and little engagement. The report draws on a survey of some 8,500 stakeholders in 9 countries, as well as an analysis of more than 100 education-to-employment approaches across 35 countries.
